Few of the criteria are :
1) Economic front. Which include GDP, GDP Growth Rate, Price Index, Consumer Price Index,

Social front. Mainly their performance in health, Education,
Environment and extraordinarily in the field of curbing corruption and
Black money.
3) Foreign policies.
4) Infra structure development.
5) Industrial development and FDI in industry.
6) Expenditure on Defence Unit.
7) Central Govt. relation with State.
8) Leadership and Governance .
There
may be more criteria but for a general people, if the ratio of saving
to their income increases, it will be a good performance.

ReplyDeleteFraming policies r different thing...n implementing them effectivEly n efficiently is different.
ReplyDeleteThey hav done well in creating a positive environment.But when the factors under Human Development Index come there is no change.
